i have any raspberry pi 3..i have punch old flash drives 256mb to 8g..
i want kill them all endless write and delete til flash drive cell completely fail..how i set my raspberry do this and log all write cycles automatically??
It's essentially impossible.
The failure mode for a Flash cell is power-off data retention of less than 10 years. To read and write a cell until failure (cell won't retain the data between the read and write cycles, which might be an hour or so if you are writing the entire device) would take years, if not decades.
Just compile the GCC compilers over and over, should only take a week or so to kill it
I suggest you use the biggest card/stick, something with multilevel memory cells.
A SLC flash will take a long time, MLC flash memory have less rewrite cycles, sometimes 1000 time less.
That 256MB might out live you
