Raspberry Pi - Ticketing System?

Mon Sep 24, 2018 11:58 am

Hello All,

I have a raspberry Pi that i don't have the time for. I was wondering if it's possible to setup and host a ticketing system (for IT support) on a Pi?

Would have around 45 people connecting to use it (not all at the same time).

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Yes. There are many open source bug reporting tools out there that would run on a Pi (for example Bugzilla)

Just make sure you backup the data regularly in case the Pi breaks.

More like...in case the SD card fails. Depending on how long you need to keep the reported data, using an HDD or SSD for the mass storage might be indicated.
