I have wroking with python code as shown here

and I want to use java code to work with the reading of the RFID
I have found this

- this because I have a ready java code , and I want to add to it a RFID option
but I'm new at PI & Github & java
so what do I need to do now to work with this ?
or is there another solution so I can work with java and RFID
