Does R-Pi have a step-by-step guide for building a data logger for temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen in salt water using I2C interface comparable to the Arduino one?

sorry, i only use Atlas ( serial interface ) with ARDUINO MEGA until now,
but i google for you:
that part and instruction could help
