Hello,

The VLC Player can play multiparted .rar files without problems. Why can’t I do this with Omxplayer as well?
If I extract the video from the rar archive I can play the file but this is not what I want.
Any suggestions how to solve this?

You are absolutely right. This fact is probably not going to change anytime soon.

If you want something done, use software that can do such things. ( Like VLC and Kodi in this case.)
