Pi 3 OTP

Mon Jul 17, 2017 5:59 pm

I've been trying to figure this out since I ordered my Pi 3 last week and still haven't seen an answer.

My Pi 3 arrived and I want it to boot from USB. I've seen this is now possible without an SD card by programming the OTP. However, will I be able to boot from SD again if I program this bit of memory? Since it's one time only and can't be reverted...

Yes by default it will always check for SD Card first:

Thanks. I was checking that but it wasn't entirely clear if SD mode would still be available.
