USB Audio device

Mon Jul 17, 2017 6:02 am

Hello All,

I am trying to use USB audio card CM108 with Raspberry pi. Raspbian and Current version of Linux kernel is 4.9.20+.

Pleas walk me trough changes required to be made in the kernel so that we can use USB audio card.

Thanks and Regards

Boot the system. Plug it in. See what happens with a dmesg command. Some devices should appear in /dev for your USB audio.

The kernel should have the support for that stuff built-in.

That's cheating. You've got the hardware to try out.
