RTC & JESSE

Hi, I've just installed Jesse on my B+ and I'm trying to add an RTC (DS3231) to the system. I had it running successfully on the B+ with Wheezy but I've had no luck installing it with Jesse . I'd like to start from scratch, any help would be appreciated.

Adafruit has a good set of tutorials....it's quite easy with Jessie.
