Can I hire someone to set up TOR

I have tried several times to run TOR through a vpn, and become fully encrypted or invisible, but always run into problems I'm unable to solve, for instance rooting... is there anyone I can hire to get me set up properly...remotely... that's what I need. If you do not provide that service could you give me a contact that would be able. Thank You for Your Time, BHTD

TOR is a VPN in its own sense. It also starts raising a whole lot of red flags if your ISP and mobile company starts seeing a lot of traffic through the common ports that TOR uses. The fist part is to get your VPN working. Problem is that if you are trying to go through your home connection, things are going to be really slow as molasses in January. You are best to pay for a service that uses TOR with a VPN, if you really want to advertise as your traffic exits the other side of the TOR.

Maybe not as invisible as you think, read up on Windows 10 DNS leakage.

For instance, what or rather where can I find a service I can pay that uses TOR with a VPN, ........(if you really want to advertise as your traffic exits the other side of the TOR.) and you really lost me with this cryptic statement... what does it mean advertising your traffic as it leaves TOR, I was in touch with a company called Hide My Ass, they required that I buy a go between router that would keep aa my data encrypted to 256 RSA or whatever they said was the best... is it possible to be fully encrypted or does it unencrypt at a point where your fully visible, as you can see I'm new to this, and if windows 10 has a "leakage" problem, are there operating systems available that do not, unix? That is why the heart of my question was can I hire someone to set this up... I'm going to look a little further into exactly what HMA is and is not capable... but are you for hire? I'll go to the bitcoin casino or whatever I need to do, just need to know what it is...I NEED TO DO...

..
you cannot be completely anonymous .. tor will help but if you are doing something illegal then you will get found out....
