I tried the commands

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade and
sudo apt-get update

But the 1st one doesnt work properly and gives an error that software stoped unconditionally

You run update first, regards RealVNC it is discussed towards end of Blog.......

You have to do them both, but in the opposite order.

So:

$ sudo bash
# apt-get update
# apt-get dist-upgrade
# apt-get install rpi-chromium-mods python-sense-emu python3-sense-emu python-sense-emu-doc realvnc-vnc-viewer realvnc-vnc-server
# reboot

The thing to note is this: Although the realVNC stuff comes installed with a *new* install of Raspbian, you have to explicitly install it when you're doing an upgrade type install.
If this post appears in the wrong forums category, my apologies.

Yes it is all covered in the Blog, the OP needs to read it ALL........

first one asks me to run sudo dpkg --config -a

and after I run second It takes a long time and then stops...

Let me tell the sequence.

First I do sudo apt-get update and after that when I run sudo apt-get dist-upgrade it will tell me that dpkg was intrupted. you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

after that I run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' which is OK!! then sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
systemd-sysv : Depends: systemd (= 215-17+deb8u4) but 215-17+deb8u5 is installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.

click on the raspberry button that is the equivalent of the windows start button.

Move the pointer over preferences.

Move the pointer over the raspberry called Raspberry Pi Configuration.

Click on the interfaces tab.

From there you can enable VNC, SSH, etc..
