Multi-Boot OS - Raspbian, Pi-Top OS and Kali

Hi,

I'm wanting to multi boot the following OS's (Raspbian, Pi-TopOS and Kali), and have NOOBS plus the .img files for the other 2. How do I write/configure these onto the SD card so that I can boot them all from one card?
