Powering RPi(GPIO) with a 2.2" screen

I am planning to build a portable RPi with the screen below due to the size and also there are a few buttons to play with. But I am not sure if i still can power the RPi using GPIO as it is somehow used by the screen. Any comment? Or is there any other alternative which will allow me to achieve same objective?

Have a look at this (if you're using a Pi Zero):http://hackers.gallery/841/misc/raspber ... ad-probing
You just have to solder your power wires to the pads.
As an alternative it might be possible to use the GPIO, check here for which pins are actually used: https://learn.adafruit.com/running-open ... g-controls
