File manager

Is there any way to always start this in administrator mode (or what ever you call it) so that you have the same permissions as doing sudo chmod and sudo cp etc?

Open an LXterminal and use sudo pcmanfm

But is their an option some where to make this permanent.

I am trying to edit web pages in var/www/html and it is a pain having to constantly do command line stuff when you should be able to do it through file manager.

Which is an exceedingly bad idea. You shouldn't have a live weapon, loaded with ammo ready to shoot your filesystem 100% dead like that.

Make it so you have to follow an abnormal process (and think about the consequences) to run the file manager with root privileges.
