Where to begin?

Sun May 15, 2016 9:37 pm

Hi all! I'm a complete beginner when it comes to coding/programming but would like to start playing around with it. I bought myself a Pi Zero, and was wondering where a complete novice like myself can find a how-to guide on how to use it? A few that I have found require some understanding whereas I don't have any!

Thanks for any help!

If your a newbie, why did you start with a zero? You should of got a pi 1 or pi 2.

You need to get it running before you do anything. Did you buy a kit or do you need to figure out each of the other parts you need? People here can certainly offer up suggestions that will likely get you going.

The MagPi magazine is very good (and the PDF version is free), there are a lot of back issues to read through.

Perhaps if you described what you want to do with the Pi we could give you more detailed help.
