won't start after apt-get upgrade

Hi all,

Have a Raspberry PI3 and get in trouble after update.

Clean install of Raspbian Jessie, 2016-03-18
SD in the PI.
Starts
Use 3 commands
sudo su
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
After this a reboot.
After starting and seeing all that starts there is a blinking white curser in the left corner and response to nothing.
what do I wrong.

You forgot to expand the file system.

Reinstall image, and expand the file system before you run update/ upgrade
