most commands have a -h argument to show a help message.
Should have a read of that...

Hi Chad,

what kind of archive are we talking about? What's the file ending?

Just type "unzip filename.zip /folder_name", without the quotes into a terminal.
For example if I am trying to extract "file.zip" into folder "opt" I would type:
unzip file.zip /opt
You would need to be in the same location as the file as well, just use the cd command for that!

Hope this helps,
