sending data from raspberry

I have a temperature sensor I want to send the data to an html file in a django project

There are many possible solutions. More information about the project could help narrow the scope a little.

A somewhat generic solution would be to use espeak in a loop called from a script to voice the data. Use trained homing-pigeon/parrot crossbreeds to memorise and deliver the data. A speech-to-text engine will be able to convert the data back to enable it to be posted on your django.

First thing to is to tell people where the django project is being hosted. On the same Pi, on another computer on the local network, or on a remote webserver.

RFC 1149 describes a far more efficient way of using Avian carriers, and it has been successfully implemented and tested.

the django project is on the same Pi
