Those 3 lines are warnings, not errors.
I get the same, and everything is working fine. I wouldn't worry about.

Don't have a RPi 3, yet, but do not see anything for cause to be alarmed about, expect that to be a normal boot up sequence, few warnings but no errors as DirkS noted.
