Wed Mar 16, 2016 5:30 pm

Hi,

quick question.
Trying to build something similar to the PiGRRL Pocket.
Why dont they use Resistors when connecting the Button Switches?

i thought switches require pull down resistors?

thanks for any help!

I haven't looked at the software used, but the Pi has internal high value pull-up and pull-down resistors that can be enabled in software on the inputs. They are suitable for connections where the wires are very short.
