DropBox

Fri Mar 11, 2016 4:26 pm

Hello again Raspbarians,

I tried installing the Debian package and the command line way from the DropBox website. Neither succeeded.
Is there a way or a good alternative?

I checked OwnCloud, but stopped after I had to sign up with a second company. Maybe I didn't need to get scared away :-).

BitTorrent Sync may be an option, although it's something different (no cloud).

Happy Weekend!

Google Drive with the Chromium 48 web browser? Works for me.

If it's only web-based, I can continue using DropBox in web-way, no?

There is no dropbox client for raspberry pi. Use web based.

I didn't specifically ask for DropBox, I searched for a solution OR an alternative.

MEGACloud works like dropbox, has a Raspbian version and a Sync Folder. If anybody else should be looking for this...
