Just a quick question

Tue Feb 23, 2016 6:20 am

I'm getting very close to having my RPi configured the way I want it, and just got notification that another Micro SD card that I ordered to back up the boot Micro SD card that I have has arrived at my local post office.

If I duplicate the boot disk that I currently have, will the two be interchangeable with my current Raspberry Pi device?

Say I have a catastrophic hardware failure for whatever reason and have to order another RPi. Could I just insert that boot disk into the new RPi and take off like nothing ever happened?

Thanks,
