I'm hoping that I can use my Raspberry Pi 2 to watch the videos of the course I've signed up for, but when I watch, the videos page. I'm using Epiphany Web Browser and just barely got going on the Raspberry pi...
If it doesn't work, I'll have to flip between apps on the one computer...

As long as the videos aren't delivered as Adobe Flash (*.SWF) then you should be OK. If they are flash then forget any ideas of running on any type of RPi.
