hey,
using the file manager, there is no copy and paste (right mouse btn, context menu) possible for files to the desktop - why not?
And how to generate links/shortcuts to files from elsewhere to the desktop, like it's possible by Windows?
#define S sqrt(t+2*i*i)<2
#define F(a,b) for(a=0;a<b;++a)
float x,y,r,i,s,j,t,n;int main(){F(y,64){F(x,99){r=i=t=0;s=x/33-2;j=y/32-1;F(n,50&S){t=r*r-i*i;i=2*r*i+j;r=t+s;}if(S){PointOut(x,y);}}}for(;;);}
I get a Cut and a Copy on my right-click context menu; just right-click on the Desktop and now select the Paste option. Are you using Raspbian?
If you select a file, then click Edit on the menu, you get a Create Link option. Click that and a screen opens asking for a location, select one (including Desktop) and click OK and it creates the link
About copy/insert:
I actually meant to do this just by the mouse context menu (right mouse btn).
That actually works by copy/insert on different folders but not on the desktop.
About shortcuts/links:
when I choose "edit" at the file manager context menu, then the text editor opens and I can "save as..." but don't see "create link".
