Power raspberry pi 2 via battery

Hello, I have the idea to power my raspberry 2 via power bank (i want to choose this: http://rombica.com/catalog/accumulators ... html#page2) My question is: what is consumption at the raspberry pi 2 (in mAh)? and how to get battery charge to raspberry, how get this information and send to raspberry?

You can assume about 700mA draw from a Pi 2, or less. Plus peripherals. You will not be able to get real-time battery level information from a power bank.
