Need help adding a image

Hey guys,

So I know how to set up my new Raspberry Pi with the NOOBS-Software(not so hard) and now I would need to add a image for the Touchscreen I am using(Adafruit PiTFT 2,8" Touchscreen) and they have a easy install but I have no clue how to add it. This is where I download it from but what do I need to do with the Image where do I need to put it in and how can I add it, because they don't really descripe it that well D:. https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-pit ... sy-install
