Thanks for the help everyone. Fortunately I am switching to Ubuntu mate. Let's see how that one works. Raspbian is way to unstable. The quad CPU has not jumped to 100% and it gets unstable.

Ubuntu MATE is not made to be installed by beginners, you may be able to trudge through it, but that's just not how's it made to be. Raspbian is the easiest and the most stable.
