how Can I read the contents(files,programs..etc) of rpi sd card without rpi???

And... If all you have is a PC that runs Windows, you can boot it using a Linux "live CD" or USB stick and use that to copy the files from the ETX4 partition.

Hit it with a hammer :lol:

Why? If the card can't be read it won't work.

You could glue it into the Pi to make it harder to remove.
