default running frequency

the default running frequancy for rpi 1b+ is 700mhz but what is the minimum acceptable frequency for ??for example , can I put it 100 mhz?? or less???

You won't get any effect from doing that.

As u know, the rpi does not have sleep mode-
So, im trying to reduce its speed instead of sleep mood.

The Raspberry Pi won't use less power because you've reduced the frequency. You're wasting your time.
