Is it possible to hook up this keypad to Rpi?

Hi, I am looking to build a home security system, and I found this keypad:

Is it possible too hook this up to the rpi? How would I go about this?

The eBay listing says it's got RS485 which is a comms protocol that can be handled by a RPi.
