Clearly Google isn't working for you either.

Is the RPi booting? Read the "NOT BOOTING" sticky.

What's in your /boot/config.txt file?

So you've set it up to use an AV connection to a European PAL TV, is that your TV standard?
Is the TV set to use the right AV input?

What happens if you use a
tvservice -c "PAL 16:9"
or
tvservice -c "PAL 4:3"
command?

Edit: fixed color tags.

yes I have european PAL Tv also I put it on the right av input

I did not try your commands becouse the screen did not recive any signal...so can I Test them on hdmi connection??

Anyway if there is no additional software settings ...so i think the peoblem will be in the hardware...I will try to test some test pads.
