Chromium web browser

Wed Feb 25, 2015 4:45 am

Hi good day, is there any adblocker for chromium web browser.
By thinking like an engineer you can create a raspberry pi.
Michael Jackson enthusiast.
I got the PI model B, B+ and PI 2 model B.
When will I get the A? I don't know.

For anyone who want to block ads in chromium web browser here is the download

Code: Select all

wget http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.txt
and to move the host file to yours

Code: Select all

sudo mv hosts.txt /etc/hosts
Ads are now gone !

Using the hosts file is unsustainable it's better to find an ad-blocker for squid3. Run the squid3 proxy and route all of your traffic from all devices that need ad-blocking through that.
