4B - 3V3 Regulator Max Current Draw

Mon Jun 14, 2021 4:15 pm

Hi.

I'm certain this has been asked and answered before, but I cannot for the life of me find it. Simple Question, How much current can I safely draw from the 3V3 rail over the GPIO pins? I'm looking for some sort of official documentation. There's nothing on the (reduced) schematic, no BoM to check what regulator is being used, no guidance on the power supply page, nothing. Best I can find is current draw from a GPIO pin.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Some say 800mA... From the supply

But only 16mA per gpio, a max of 50mA from total gpio pins.
