More info needed. Exact model Pi (2b+ does not exist!)
What brand / model WiFi module?
Which OS (+ version)?
Contents of /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf and /etc/network/interfaces .

Have you checked the Raspberry Pi Foundation documentation here https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati ... /README.md and noted the requirement to set the Country Code?

The wpa_supplicant.conf file you have posted is incomplete.

(Since the title of this thread is now acknowledged to be misleading, it would save confusion if you were to correct it, by editting it in your original post.)
