hi Guys,
so i decided to experience booting the pi for the 1st time with suse, using a laptop
when it comes to finding the pi in the IP list, it is just not there (yes i'm sure i have done everything right, downloaded the suse image file etc.)
before i give up, formating it all over again and switching to raspbian, does any of you know about a possible issue with booting SUSE without a monitor?
thanks in advance

Re: Booting SUSE the 1st time via SSH
Hi!
Suse on raspi is.. etm... somewhat special. You have a raspi 3? And try to install LEAP 42.2? Or SLES?
That won't work headless, as the first boot guides you through an extensive graphical customization of your system. No way without a monitor. And first boot takes time. LOTS of time....
So plug in a monitor and see for yourself. It's quit nice! If it works...
For SLES there is a special forum
