Video Core Graphics & Video Acceleration

Eben has tweeted that netbsd 7 has working graphics and video acceleration on Raspberry Pi.
Has anybody tried it yet?
The installation process in the wiki linked in the blog that Eben linked to suggests an installation from a NetBSD host using DD. I'm hoping that it will work with W32DiskImager?

Seems to be a normal image file, so that should work.
