how to run program before login ssh in freebsd

hi .I have written a program in freebsd text mode and want to ssh users without logging in freebsd before ( login as : ) see this program.
Do I need to change the configuration of SSH?
Do I need to change the my program codes?

I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to accomplish. What is your goal?
