I have tried using Firefox and Chromium browser, but it doesn't matter what I use Paypal will not allow me to buy anything. It tells me it cannot purchase at this time, and just keeps sending me back to the merchant. I have been trying to buy a license key for several months now. Is it a problem them I am an American? Pi store will not accept any other payment besides paypal. I have even tried having someone buy it for me with there paypal but it still won't go though. Is there another place that will sell one?

The links from the Raspberry Pi Foundation website to

https://swag.raspberrypi.org/collections/software/products/mpeg-2-license-key

and
https://swag.raspberrypi.org/collections/software/products/vc-1-license-key

look as though they are correct?

If not, there is a link to the merchant (Pimoroni in Sheffield who are certainly still economically active) at the foot of each webpage.

IMHO that link goes to the blog page announcing the pi store is no more....

There are two entities which were sometimes called "PI store" one, the well known one, sold applications like games and such, another one which was much less often called "PI store" sold codex licences, it now part of the "swag store".
Normally if one talks about the "PI store" its assumed the former defunct store is meant.
