Hello,

I have a project that I put a license Gnu GPL v.3 and now I'm implementing XBee with this library that has an MPL license.

https://github.com/digidotcom/XBeeJavaLibrary

Are incompatible both licenses?
Yes it is. What I can do to use it in my project? Change the license?

Best regards

Thanks!

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#MPL-2.0
Check the license notices on the MPL-covered software before you make a Larger Work this way. Parties who release original work under MPL 2.0 may choose to opt out of this compatibility by including a sentence in the license notices that says that the work is “Incompatible With Secondary Licenses.” Any software that includes this notice is not compatible with the GPL or AGPL.
The note of the license of this project does not say "Incompatible With Secondary Licenses".

Then I think that is compatible. Am I right?

Best regards

That is the GNU view of what the MPL licence means. It may not be MPL's view. Why not ask the copyright holder(s) for their view?

Thanks for the advice,

I wrote on Friday to Digi.com. I guess it's too early for a response.

Now I just saw that the development team is Spanish. I just wrote a contributor. I received a auto-response:
I'm out of the office.
I'll be back on Wednesday January 7 (2015).
For urgent issues my mobile is +34 xxx xxx xxx
If I do not receive a response by Thursday. I'll contact the developer by phone.

In Spain in addition to the Christmas party and New Year there Biblical Magi day (January 6). Some people tend to vacation until January 7-8.

Best regards
