Hi,

It would be possible to support media in JavaFX on ARM platforms but we don't currently have it on our roadmap. The place to discuss this is the openjfx-dev alias (http://mail.openjdk.java.net/mailman/li ... penjfx-dev).

Hi guys, when can we expect to see the media classes like mediaplayer running on pi? Is this on Oracles roadmap? If not, where can we help with development?? I would love to use media on my pi.

Hi! This is not something we at Oracle are working on. However, it's a 100% open source projects and we would happily accept contributions.
