Raspberry Pi Outputs

hi i dont even actualy own a raspberry pi, but i have some projects and i want to now what it can do in terms of Electrical outputs

i have 9 Motors (electric engine) well what ever you call it ..

i need to control the power for each of the 9 Motors by opening and closing the electricity with high frequency and eventually control the voltage

can i do it with just a raspberry pi 3.


if i can do it with a cheaper raspberry pi please tell me
