First of all,

this is the Italian branch of the Raspberry Pi official forum, and isgood netiquette to use the italian language to post in this section, expecially for the first post of a tread.

at the follow,

the PS vita screen got a dedicated connector and there is no documentation on the link that you provide, to know what signals are present on that connector.
the mechanical connection is not possible without an adapter, but is not sure that a mechanical adapter could drive the correct signals
the 40-Pin Raspberry Pi DPI LCD Topper page provide a list of compatible screens, I think that it mean that these are your best options to find a compatible lcd.

at the end,

every dedicated screen (for every mobilephone, game portable consolle, GPS navigator and so on) got generally a dedicated connection that is not generally compatible with generic adapters and need special mechanical and elettronical connections and dedicated firmware and drive to be used from generic systems
