Hi,

not on windows 10, thats for sure. its only the IOT version, so no graphics.
unfortuanaitally, without the source code, its not really possible to get it running on the pi. Even then, I'd think its a bit much for the pi to handle. However, you could try freeablo, which is basically a FOSS (Free Open Source software) version...

The playstation version of Diablo could be run in a psx-emulator I guess, but I have no idea how good or crappy that version is.

qemu has been used to run win95/98 to run games such as starcraft and diablo1/2 on the openpadnora (sc playable, diablo 2 running slow) which I bet would work even better on the pi2. I would try it if I had one.
