Reverse Controller

Mon Sep 01, 2014 7:49 am

I plan on creating something I have yet to see any development on.
A reverse controller (a name I've decided to give it)

It would act just like this device http://controllermax.com/products/cronusmax/
except instead of interfacing between multiple devices to reach the RPI, it would connect directly to it (possibly via the GPIO ports)

Why not just buy the cronusmax you ask?
Well from what I can tell, the CronusMax software doesnt support network that I can tell.

The entire point of this project is to make it so my friend in distant lands can control a playstation from his keyboard (or even his Rpi depending on how its set up) Though the next question would be how to supply the best video/audio feed to him.

I've come to you asking how this would be possible using the Rpi, if it would need added components or not, and the type of expertise it would take to script it to work over network.

Thank you for any assistance/information you can provide.
