The PiQuizMachine

Contestants, are you ready for the PiQuizMachine?

"Grab your game controller. As the questions appear on the screen, decide if you know the answer. If you do, be quick to press on the button to lock your team for the answer!

If you answer incorrectly, you will be ignored until the next question and we will laugh at your wrong answer. If you are right, then we will be impressed by your encyclopedic knowledge!"

On a more serious note, the PiQuizMachine is the end result of a PyHack (hacking with Python) Workshop this past weekend, merging two simple programs (quiz4.py and piquiz.py) into a complete quiz game (piquizmachine.py) for the Raspberry Pi. It is licensed under the MIT open source license, so we hope to see improvements made to it. Maybe a pygame based graphical version?

The code and hardware for the PiQuizMachine is described here: http://raspberry-python.blogspot.com/20 ... chine.html

Any questions? Fire away (although I might give a multiple choice answer  )
