Overclocking with retropie

Hi guys.
I've been using retropie for a while now and really pleased with it. I've recently got hold of a pi3 and it runs psx games flawlessly. But I'm after a bit more juice to run reicast. I know it's been asked loads of times, but what would be considered a good all round overclock for retropie? I have sufficient cooling and power already. And familiar with config.txt. could anyone post their stable settings? (in aware some pi's can't run mega settings)
Thanks in advance.
