Keymapping multiple USB NES controllers with a pi

Sun Feb 21, 2016 9:03 pm

I'm working on an arcade project, to be powered by an a+. I want to use 4 cheap USB NES controllers (such as this) with a USB hub into a single port.

I'm looking at using Retropie, which is based on Raspbian as a base OS.

I'm assuming that all of the controllers will be mapped to the same keys, so is there some piece of software to change this, such that I could have 4 players playing a 4 player game, each with a USB NES controller? Or should this happen within Retropie?

Thanks
