We appreciate all the people who are thanking us, so thanks. :D

Yes, there will be some 2 player games in the future. The Air Hockey games are good candidates for this. I will make more announcements soon on both controllers that we'll support and 2-player games.

To complete your excellent collection we need Space Invaders, Asteroids, Missile Command, Donkey Kong and PacMan. We used to play those in the pub near my high school when I was still partaking in under-age drinking. The first video game in our house was a crude ping-pong (no microprocessor in that, it was all TTL logic chips).

I'm desperately waiting for a good pinball game :-)
(I've noticed that you have a few in your games list).

Great news, 5 more games are ready, possibly 6 more by the end of the day! Links coming soon... (depends on internet speeds at this point).

As for pinball, we'll probably re-write some pinball games instead of porting the old ones. Why? The key word is someone said they wanted a 'good' pinball game, and our old games are kinda old and they suck! So we can take the original artwork and make some really nice new 3D pinball games, but those won't be coming soon (but they will be coming).

Another game posted (there may be even more games by tonight or tomorrow... in fact, there might be a REALLY awesome game posted later tonight... this current game is just a Video Poker, but some people like Video Poker so we thought what the heck):

Also, we are looking into controller support now. It's possible we might have it next week (we're looking into different controller support, plus we need to order and get some hardware into the office to test it).

Nice to see some new games here :-) Are there screenshots and descriptions for the games anywhere? I tried to find out on your website but for example Air Hockey Arcade nothing showed up. BTW: I prefer to use a SteamController with my Raspberry or sometimes just the keyboard (would be nicer for pinball games).

Just wanted to say what a brilliant thing you guys are doing. I would love to see an article on the main blog page or the MagPi showcasing what you have done, how you went about it, challenges, etc. :) and that would surely bring this great effort to the attention of even more people.

Why is the Raspberry Pi Zero not supported. It has the same hardware (other than USB) as the B+ as far as I know?
Is there something specific about the Pi Zero that means it cannot work?

I'm curious on the differences between the different models.
Have a Pi2 so will definitely be downloading and playing.

If you could do us a favor and test on the Pi Zero and let us know, we'd really appreciate that. We actually don't have a Pi Zero in our office, it's too expensive

But let us know if any of the games work, and we'll update the FAQ. It's possible some of the games that don't require too much processing power or memory might be ok. We just didn't want to claim compatibility without testing.

Pi Zero is faster than a Pi 1 model B. The games that work on Pi 1 will work just fine on Pi Zero.
