Shea, will you release a new binaries of gngeo compiled with the new raspbian update? I'm sure that performance would be much better.
I read that cps2 games run fine, that is on advmame?

Following the instructions from "blc" above I can successfully compile gngeo. When I start, e.g., Metal Slug 1 I can watch the initial NeoGeo splash video and then get a segmentation fault.

Did someone have the same issue and find a solution for this problem?

In case the Neogeo stuff hung for anyone else following these instructions, I've created a blog post (http://dhruvgairola.blogspot.ca/2012/10 ... eogeo.html) documenting how I installed Neogeo on my Raspberry Pi, compiling from source.
