Hey Guys! This is my first Raspberry Pi project and I was hoping that I could get some help.
Background: I want to build a small handheld retro gaming device. I am planning to boot retro-pi onto it. I want it to look like the Nintendo DS by having a flip up screen. I want the bottom to be a modular rack for two different modules. Mini keyboard + track pad (wireless) or the game controls (wired). I think that I will have a connector on the side of the rack where the wired controls will clip into. I have purchased the keyboard(Link 1) and the Canakit with the Pi B+(Link 2). I have started designing the case for it using Tinkercad because im a noob at CAD (don't judge me).
Questions: 1. Can you recommend a display that will be about an inch bigger than the Raspberry Pi (diagonally)
2. What type of filament should I use to print the case?
3. How can I make the hinge stop at some spots?
4. Is this even possible?
5. Does anyone have a circuit diagram on wiring up an on/off switch and some game buttons?
6. What connector should I use on the side of the rack?
[New] 7. I need a hinge for the two halfs that can stop at like 140 degrees and will stay at 140
Extra: I will be posting a link to the Tinkercad page with what I have designed so far. If you need dimensions for anything I have most of them written down and I can send them to you.
