Now we can play real sound of MIDI instruments!

For a very long time Squeak for Linux lacked MIDI support.
We endured a long and hard struggle of oom-pah-pah.
Finally Manabu Sugiura wrote a functional MIDIPlugin. Yay!

And Hisashi Hoshino wrote an installer for Raspbian. It also install Timidity (software synth) and required sound font at once.

Just for the record this seems to be working reasonably in the latest Scratch 15092015 and will hopefully join the next release to finally get rid of those annoying fake drums and midi instruments
